Terms of Use for Klausa
Scope
Klausa is provided by Jeremiah Stüve, Lomerstraße 69, 22047 Hamburg, Germany. Use of the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement it. Where they conflict, these terms prevail unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Use
You may use Klausa for personal and professional purposes, including commercial use. You must be at least 4 years old. You may not decompile, modify or misuse the app.
Important notice
Transcripts and AI drafts may contain errors. Check them before you use them. Klausa does not replace legal, medical or therapeutic advice.
Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Availability and changes
I keep developing Klausa and may change, add or discontinue features. There is no entitlement to a particular feature or uninterrupted availability, except where paid features are concerned.
Liability
I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breaches of essential obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded.
Governing law
German law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country where you habitually reside.
